CROSSFIT FUNDAMENTALS – REQUIRED FOR ALL NEW MEMBERS WITH LESS THAN 3 MONTHS EXPERIENCE

The Fundamentals includes two 1 hour sessions with a coach. This takes new members through the fundamental movements of CrossFit, introduces them to intensity & how to scale movements as a new comer.
