MOBILTY

 

This class is typically 50-60 minutes in length and uses multiple methods and equipment to help restore muscles, fascia and other connective tissues to their natural state, thereby improving participating members’ mobility.

Following this class, you will notice an improvement in your workout performance through increased range of motion and the ability to create movement more efficiently.

Techniques for increasing mobility include: fascia release with soft balls, rubber balls, foam rollers and lacrosse balls of feet (mashing); use of bands for muscle stretching, PVC and other odd objects. The class currently goes on Sunday to set members up nicely for the upcoming week.
