OLYMPIC LIFTING

 

These sessions are specifically designed to improve the two main Olympic Lifts – the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch. Each session is 85 minutes in length and is for anyone and everyone – new members and veterans.  Classes are designed to help members lift safer, quicker with more precision, how to rest between lifts and then…how to eventually lift heavier.  Each class involves working on technical efficiency with the barbell and eventually working under load.  Again, beginners are welcomed and encouraged to attend.
