Open Gym



Experienced Athletes only please!  After being screened and approved by YOW coaches, you will be able to register for Open Gym sessions where you can work on weaknesses, mobility, accessory training or complete WODs you may have missed during the week.

Coaches will be present to help during these sessions and can provide feedback with a particular movement, but there is no set structure, so please HAVE A PLAN when signing up for the hour as coaches will not post a workout.
