These sessions are dedicated to team workouts. Consisting of up to four athletes, teams work to complete classic CrossFit movements. Very popular within the CrossFit YOW community, these workouts are usually longer, higher volume workouts that consist of multiple movements where strategy to get through the workout comes into play. They will not only test and improve your fitness, but will require you and your teammates to game-plan and communicate effectively to execute and complete the WOD. A great opportunity to commiserate with new friends. Good luck!
